PROJECT: Airfield Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation and Repairs – Phase II
LOCATION: Norfolk International Airport
DATE: March 12, 2017

The Norfolk Airport Authority will receive sealed Bids for the above

titled Project at the Administration Office front desk, located at

Norfolk International Airport, until 2:00 p.m. local time on April 10th,

2017, at which time the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Any Bids received after the specified time and date will not be

considered. The Work under this Project consists of approximately 11,500

linear feet of cleaning and repair of concrete pavement cracks and

joints, 1,100 square feet of concrete pavement spall, patch, and corner

repairs, 50 square yards of slab replacement; associated saw cutting,

airfield pavement marking; provision of all required security and safety

measures, including barriers; lighting, miscellaneous work, incidental

and appurtenant work necessary to provide project complete and ready for

use with accomplishment during required night work hours and normal

work hours as shown on Plans and Specifications as prepared by Johnson, Mirmiran and Thompson, Inc., dated March 10, 2017.

A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on April 3rd, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. Local Time at the Norfolk Airport Authority Human Resources Office Conference Room B.
